My Story
Kristen Aguirre is an Emmy nominated storyteller, turned young stroke survivor. In 2019 An ischemic stroke left the left side of her body paralyzed. Never giving up on herself and putting her faith in God, she worked tirelessly to get her life back. Every morning she faced two choices, to get bitter or get better. Today she continues to choose the latter. She can help you to also create a mindset that will help you overcome any obstacles in your path.
